Samsung Targets 2013 Rollout for EUV Litho

Samsung is set to be one of the first chip makers to use extreme-ultraviolet lithography. The South Korean giant will use the next-generation litho technology in 2013 for 1X-nanometer DRAM production, provided key technical issues can be overcome.
