Nvidia-Icera Deal Boosts Fabless Stock
Stan Boland has done it again.
The entrepreneur who created Element 14 from the ashes of Acorn Computers, then sold it in 2000 to Broadcom for $600 million in stock, has now worked a deal whereby Nvidia will acquire Boland’s Icera for $367 million.
