China Planning Next Steps in 4G
China is expected to make a proposal early next year about how to migrate two of its major carriers to 4G wireless networks. The Radio Association of China is compiling industry requirements for the Chinese government, which is expected to call a meeting on the issue at the 2012 World Radio Conference.
